MinDrop is a sticky-note board for everything on your mind. Notes, to-do lists and reminders live on one board that syncs across iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and the web. Jot it, text it, email it or just say it, and it lands on your board.

What MinDrop does

• Board: every note, checklist and reminder is a sticky note. Color them with tags, pin what matters, filter and search by text or date.
• Today: your reminders and calendar events on one timeline, with a month calendar.
• Reminders: notifications on your phone, snooze, and repeats (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). On iPhone they can stay on the Lock Screen as Live Activities; on Android as Live Updates.
• Mia (AI assistant, premium): say something in the app, text your MinDrop number or forward an email, and Mia turns it into the right note, list or reminder with the date and time filled in. She adds to lists you already have and reads handwritten notebook pages to pull out tasks.
• MeetDrop (meeting notes, premium): record a meeting on iPhone, or let MeetDrop for Mac record Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex and Slack calls from the menu bar. No bot joins the call. You get a transcript with who said what, a summary, topics, decisions, open questions and action items that become to-dos or reminders in one tap. The audio is deleted once it is transcribed.
• Notebooks: write by hand on iPad with Apple Pencil, or on a Kindle Scribe with KindleDrop. Handwritten pages sit next to your notes.
• Capture from anywhere: text message, email forwarding, the share sheet on iPhone and Android (Apple Notes, web pages, photos, PDFs), Siri, and home screen widgets.
